For the first time ever, this company has outstanding customer service. For that I would give them 5 stars because god knows it's very hard to find good customer service these days. One of my hats was missing a rubber seal, I emailed them and they sent a replacement. They were also good at answering any other questions I had. My emails were always answered within a day. So I wanted my kids to have something other than "sippy cups" for their lunch boxes as they get older. I also prefer the idea of drinking stainless steel over plastic. This size is great and fits perfectly and I loved that it came with a straw as I knew it was the only type of cap they drank from. I just fill it with water and it's still cold when I pick her up from school. The only negative that can be said about any type of thermos/water mug/water bottle/etc. what can happen is that it will leak if not put back upright or if it falls down with the straw pointing down even in the closed position. So we had water seeping all over the lunchbox, backpack, papers and binders, which is annoying, but like I said, I think it's hard to find any type of hydration container that never leaks, especially when it tips over . I've researched these types of water bottles and I think Rehydrate Pro is one of the most reasonably priced. I can't comment on how they hold up over time as we only used them at school but I don't see any reason why they shouldn't last long.
