Ordered two of these for my nieces (for Christmas) and thankfully I opened each package prior to wrapping. One was perfect, the other completely empty! I can't give to one niece and not the other (they are sisters) so both orders are useless. I started the return process and the refund isn't even for the purchase amount. So disappointed.
