I bought headphones because I don't hear well on my cell phone and it's nice to have my hands free during long calls. I used to use an old pair with a cord. Excited, I loaded up my new purchase and tried to use it. I managed to get both the left and right earbuds to work ONCE "paired". Since then, the sound has always only been in the right ear.
