Other handles prevent the switch from fully docking. This cover is a complete docking station. And I mean fully dockable, it provides enough contact between the Switch and the dock to stream video to your TV without having to remove the cover while retaining full Dock mode functionality. Other grips I've purchased prevent the switch shape from making full contact with the dock, preventing your dock from transmitting an image to the TV. You can also remove the joysticks without removing the cover from the console. Overall a great product. 👍
