Let me first say that I fell in love at first sight when I saw that this shaker had a pink tint. I'm someone who just loves everything pink, so it immediately became a must-have. The bottle size is very convenient for the perfect protein shake and is easy to take with you. The cap at the top of the bottle makes it very convenient for those prone to clumsiness and dropping things. I mix my shakes in an electric mixer before pouring into a shaker bottle, but a whisk comes in handy when the protein isn't being mixed or when you're on the go. Make sure to use the right amount of liquid to avoid clumping of the protein powder. I like the two stacking bins that come with it. When you're on the go, jars are perfect for your vitamins (and/or meds). I personally use jars to store extra protein powder when I'm not at home. The only downside to two storage jars is that once they're closed, they're a bit difficult to open, so don't close them too tightly. The bottle is very easy to clean and wash. I know this bottle will last, so I have no regrets about this purchase.
