I usually only use ONE earbud at a time and they fit me perfectly. "The .CALL quality appears to be acceptable in terms of callers hearing ME, so the noise canceling feature is intended to block out the ambient noise I hear as opposed to (like Plantronics) the background noise my CALLER hears hears. It's fine in the office, but unlikely to work in our noisy tow truck. Let's see. I listen to audio books so sound quality isn't a huge issue, but based on MY book listening I bet someone who needs musical range might be disappointed by the lack of bass. Performance-wise, I like my POP Design headphones better, but they're only in-ear and my ears need a break sometimes, so admittedly these over-ear headphones are more comfortable for all-day use. I'll probably leave them on in just a few hours, they sound good, I can take calls in a quiet environment, and they certainly won't fall out of your ear. One odd thing is that my phone reads incoming names/numbers, but these headphones don't support that feature, so I have to look at my phone every time I make a call. as this is used for business and personal and I need to respond accordingly.
