The team is very professional from beginning to end of our project implementation; they know what we want (and don't) so that it's easy for them to create exactly those things! They are also incredibly responsive - I've never had an issue getting my questions answered or concerns addressed within 24 hours!! This isn’t always possible but when you do get answers quickly this makes all your work go much smoother as well ;) We have been working together since mid 2018 now -- doing both paid search campaigns AND organic traffic optimization across multiple channels including Google Shopping Ads + display ads at scale using their own custom retargeting platform called "Omega Target".
