I really enjoyed working with the team at CreatorIQ especially in my role as an Account Manager. It was clear they had great knowledge in how the platform worked which helped me get up and running very efficiently. The support we received was top notch! We didn't have any issues or problems while using our account with them so everything went smoothly. They were able to provide us with exceptional customer service each step along the way (onboarding process). Their staff also did a fantastic job keeping us informed about what's happening within the program throughout the year. Our accounts with them exceeded all expectations. This included not only getting started quickly but also having ongoing success throughout the entire time we were there. My biggest takeaway from this experience was being provided excellent customer care when it came to questions I may have regarding the product itself. I like that it's easy to use and helps you to target your content to the right audience. It's very easy to use, but it's not always 100% accurate. Sometimes it's really hard to target your content to the right audience. It's very expensive and I think it's not worth it. I would suggest that you only use this if you have a very big budget. It's a great tool to help you target your content to your audience. It lets me quickly and easily target my content to the right audience.
