These shoes are instantly comfortable (according to my daughter). The sole is very flexible and the upper is light and breathable. They almost feel like water shoes. I feel the size is perfect. They are light enough for a toddler to put on and take off by themselves which I think is always a plus. These are valuable shoes for me – beautiful and comfortable. but they are unlikely to persist until your child outgrows them. My daughter has had them for about a month and they are starting to wear out. My kids spend a lot of time outside and are quite active, so they last longer if they don't play outside every day. In terms of comfort and good light shoes I give these two thumbs up. In terms of durability I would definitely say that they don't last as long as quality kids shoes.
