I am very happy with stickyipost's customer support team, they are so fast to respond that you feel like there is someone at your side constantly helping out if need be as well as quick responses when needed (no matter where in the US or World).

They also have great tutorials for new users who may not know how best practices work online etc., but it does require some learning of what works from others before getting help solving one problem can seem overwhelming sometimes- maybe just patience would make this less frustrating. Great service overall once you figure things out which takes time depending upon any level experience - especially those first few days/weeks using software after purchasing them. We use their services because we were looking into building our own website platform instead of paying another organization monthly fees while needing customization options such as email addresses being able to send.
