At first glance, this bag sounds too good to be true: a chic, stylish handbag, backpack and shoulder bag in one – what more could you want for trips and excursions? But before you get excited (like me), here's the bottom line: this bag isn't functional - clean and simple. It's very uncomfortable. The straps dig into your shoulder whether you wear it as a backpack or crossbody and won't let me touch that zipper. As most reviewers have warned, the zipper doesn't work. This works when the bag is empty, but as soon as you put even one book in it, it will curl up on its own, making it very difficult for you to close it. It's annoying as hell. I returned this bag and strongly recommend staying away.
