This product clearly showed the ear ties and pouch in the picture that led me to purchase. It arrived on time BUT WITH MISSING PARTS. I contacted the Moto group seller and he emailed me saying "I had to buy them separately". Total Bait and Switch! I asked them to just send me the missing parts if that was the case. I didn't mean to but now I just have to send it back to get a refund. I'll give an update on what happens next. If my refund is fully refundable.
