Review on Gaishan by William Rothstein

The software itself has been very easy to use for both myself as well my team members who are also new at using this type of programing/software! I have not found any dislikes yet other than it could be improved with some additional features being added such us tagging photos or videos etc., but overall great experience so far!! We love how easily we can add our customers' feedback into their profile once they've completed them (or if you're doing follow ups). It's really helped me keep track since there were times where one person would forget about something before another user was able get around what had already happened; however now when someone completes these surveys all information gets automatically tagged onto each individual survey which makes keeping up much easier.
