Great for sous vide

We bought this to use with our new sous vide. It absorbs well and seals well. Mine came with a roll of bags so I had to use it right away. I like the impulse action, I can stop before shredding fragile food. Ideal for sealing chips or crackers. I also like the width. This provides enough space to pack all the groceries into the bag and seal it. All in all a good machine and works exactly as I had hoped.
