Puzzle pieces fit together perfectly, but only if you put them together correctly. DO NOT overfill the resin, try not to add anything thick, or make it bulging. Remove the parts from the mold before they are fully cured. This is easier with a two part resin but more difficult with a UV resin as it cures too quickly and it is difficult to stop curing at the right time. Join the pieces while they're still flexible, gently tapping them together with a rubber mallet or nylon mallet if necessary. Let them heal when together as a unit.
