UPDATE: As of 03/04/2020 both earbuds are not working anymore. Not once did the case charge drop below 80%, but the headphones just stopped working. The first stopped working and after 2 weeks the other followed. The headphones worked when I took them out of my ears and put them in my pocket and then in my bag after a night out. The next day when I used it, it wouldn't turn on and no light showed on the headphones. I tried charging the headphones several times but nothing worked - the earbuds are still dead and haven't been working for less than 3 months. So my rating has been raised from 5 to 1 star. First Rating: These have to be the best headphones I've had for under $40. I like that it fits in my ears and doesn't protrude like other headphones I've tried in the past. I didn't even have to change the earbud as the one that came with it was perfect. I usually have to buy a very small earbud to use these earbuds as the smallest size is still too big for my ears. The earbuds didn't dangle in my ears during an evening stroll or facial movements like others I've tried in the past. All in all, these are solid $40 headphones and definitely rival some of the more expensive headphones. The sound quality is pretty good for the price, it's definitely better than the Apple AirPods. Pairing: Headphones can be paired individually or together. Pairing one earbud automatically allows pairing of both earbuds. As soon as an additional earphone is placed in the ear, both are connected and the sound is played through both. When one earbud is put back in the case, or when both earbuds are put back in the case and only one is used, it will automatically connect to one earbud. However, when using an earbud after both have previously been paired and used, there is a small delay (about 30 seconds) before an earbud connects to your device (my phone in my case). Also note that if one ear is plugged in and the next paired at the same time, you won't be able to automatically pair the secondary ear if the first dies and then switch to the second. You have to forget the device, plug in the second, and once the first is charged, turn it on while the second is in use or plugged in so it will pair automatically. Sound I found the sound to be pretty good, with a good amount of bass. . You can hear different sounds, e.g. B. the high and low frequencies of the music, although I wouldn't say it's super high. The audio seems to be pretty good, only one person complained that they couldn't hear me when talking on the device on the balcony. There seem to be noise canceling effects built in because when I use my headphones (singular) I can barely hear anyone talking to me even when the music is stopped. I usually have to take off my headphones to hear the person. The sound quality competes with the significantly higher quality model. I was very impressed with how loud it plays with one ear, which is what I normally use. Range You can listen to music up to 40 feet away from the phone before it turns off. However, the quality starts to decrease after about 10 m. I put the empty phone in the case and it still said 98% because there was so much charge left in the case.
