Background: This purchase was made to upgrade and replace a broken plastic version of this tool. I've had it for years, and one day the handle mechanism just broke in half. I didn't want to do that to myself again, so I switched to this stainless steel version. Good: He does what he has to do, he is pure in nature. Because it's a durable stainless steel construction, the batter is easy to clean and won't leak. Not so good: It doesn't have a very good pouring/dispensing speed. I've tried lightening the dough and greasing the inside and bottom of the dispenser but to no avail. So I usually add a straw and shake the product to try and get it to work a little faster. Bad luck. The only thing I would like to mention is that the edges (top hole and handle) are a bit rough and can be smoothed out.
