Review on CozyWow by Sergio Guardado

Although CozyWow has a wonderful assortment of apparel, footwear, and accessories, my online shopping experience with them was less than satisfying. As a life guide, I place a premium on open communication and helpful customer service, and I found both to be lacking in CozyWow. The website's poor search capability and confusing layout made it difficult to locate specific information. Although I found the rates to be fair, I was disappointed by the low quality of the products. There were a few things that appeared poorly made and did not fit right. Not only did my purchase take longer to arrive than anticipated, but I was never updated on its progress. When I contacted customer support, I was given a standard answer that didn't handle my specific issues. Overall, my time spent with CozyWow was disappointing and aggravating. They have the makings of a fantastic online shop, but they need to work on their usability, product quality, and support to truly impress their clientele.
