The most user friendly software I've ever used for our business

The best thing about this program was that it helped me keep track of my dogs' medical records in one place! I liked how easy they made keeping appointments with clients very convenient by allowing you to book online or via text messaging system (which we used quite often!). It also allowed us access their website where our customers could check out reviews from previous guests who had stayed at ours which really gave them an idea what kind/level service would be provided during stay as well if any issues arose after leaving home. There were times when there wasn't much activity going through all four levels but other than those few days everything went smoothly without having problems accessing information needed while working here!! The customer service available every time I call or email them is fantastic! They truly do go above and beyond to ensure all of our needs are met. There's nothing that I dislike as much as there's no dislike at all. We've been using Kennel geek for about 3 years now, and have never had an issue with them. We use their system to run our boarding facility, keeping track of our dogs' health and safety. It also helps us keep an eye on the amount of business we're bringing in.

  • Instead; KG has taken steps towards preventing bad situations before even happening so its worth taking some extra minutes finding ways possible solutions within each situation prior hand instead hoping something worked itself into another solution later down road.
