The Jabra Engage 65 was a welcome purchase. I can use this with CISCO voip phone and skype for biz. The Engage 65 has great sound quality, great battery life, and is lightweight and comfortable. Engage 65 took some time to set up and required a tech support call due to a lack of instructions. A firmware update using Jabra Direct was also required. While it's a good headset, I soon discovered the Sennheiser SDPro. Senn seems a lot more solid, while Engage seems unreliable. Senn also has a much heavier base. However, Senn requires switching between computer and phone, while Engage does not. Edit: I've been using Engage 65 for a few weeks now. I love her! The rating has been changed to 5 start. It's great to be able to switch between desk phone and laptop without flipping switches, unplugging cables etc. Edit 2: These are NOT the noise canceling headsets advertised. However, they block out ambient noise quite well. I have now tried the mono version and Engage 75. Both are very good for what they are designed for.
