Customer Service 11/10 I had a few questions about programming/configuring the blinds as well as syncing with SmartThings and they responded quickly and so due to my own misunderstanding I needed a separate one Hub to connect the blinds to SmartThings. They have always responded within 24 hours (usually less than when I text at night). 9/10 - Product Design Make sure you measure twice as measurements are very accurate. I took 0.25 inches off the sides for my measurements because I was concerned they might be too big and I'd be more wrong if they were smaller but still fit in the window. They came in the exact size I listed so I could probably get away with the exact number. The fabric feels nice but is likely to be fragile. If you have children or cats be careful they can't be pulled and it seems that they break easily. 10/10 - InstallationThese mounts are spring clip so once you attach the brackets with the supplied screws you are done. The spring clips make it very easy to remove should the need ever arise. 8/10 - The wireless controller The controller is easy to use and feels good. The only problem is that there is some sort of built in polling time if the blinds are not used for a long period of time. If you don't use it for several hours, the first command will reply in 5s. After the first command is accepted, the input lag will disappear and it will reply immediately.
