I have a slightly wider foot, the sketchers are a bit small and narrow so I'm a size 8. I ordered them a size 8 and they fall a half size from high. They don't have arch support but half the size is too big so I have room to insert. Next time I'll buy 7 1/2. They have a removable insert so you don't have to increase the size to use the insert. I have terrible foot problems. I've worn them all day with no complaints, which says a lot. I am very happy with it and will buy it again.
