Marvis whitening toothpaste is expensive but worth it. Not only does it deliver visible results after just a few uses, it's also the freshest mint toothpaste I've ever tried. It's also non-abrasive (doesn't wear away enamel or make teeth more sensitive like many whitening toothpastes). After brushing I leave it on my teeth for about 30 seconds and then rinse it out - I found this enhanced the whitening effect.
