My husband and I like THICK smoothies (think sherbet). First smoothie maker wouldn’t pulverize the frozen fruit. Next blender succeeded, but with much annoying opening and manual redistribution of contents. Bought this Ninja. Loaded it up, hit PULSE 3 times, pushed BOWL and, after a few seconds, had a great smoothie. Yes, it is a bit louder than the first two options – small price to pay for quick, easy and perfect results. Simple to clean too. Definitely love it!
