I bought this keyboard to have a white accent color to match my white on the same desktop. The blue color was an added bonus and made the keyboard stand out from the rest. First of all, this keyboard is full size and if you have big hands like me, you will feel comfortable with this keyboard. The keys aren't mechanical, but they do sound like I'm typing on a 1990s keyboard, which I love. I hate it when the keyboard is silent, I always make mistakes because I think I'm not typing. The mouse is great too, the scrollball is great and the DPI adjustment button allows me to adjust the mouse pointer speed with a single click. very useful when I watch programs in a limited size window. Overall a great keyboard for the money. If you want to learn how to type fast or how to type without looking at this keyboard then give it a try. Each key feels unique and lets you learn to type.
