Every year I bake Italian wedding cookies for my whole team. To make everyone happy, you need about 12 dozen! I used to roll dough balls with my hands. This shovel saved me HOURS of work this Christmas (not to mention a mess!). The shovel is very strong, works well even with cold dough. And that's just the right size for two biscuits.
