The protective film was completely broken when I first ordered it. When I got the second, everything was great. I noticed that the second one I received was packaged very differently than the first. I think the first one might have been one that someone returned and didn't indicate it was broken. But now that I've received it intact, the quality is amazing. Super easy to put on and take off. A common downside is that you can't leave the main body of the case powered on and plugged into a TV adapter/charging port. But it's easy enough to put on and take off, so it's no big deal!
