These are very well-made and well-manufactured for the price.Included inside the package is a little postcard with an e-mail address inviting customers to e-mail the manufacturer directly if there are any problems. One of the risers in my set had a crack in the base, so I took a photo and sent it to the indicated e-mail address along with a copy of my receipt.I never received a response.
