I like that you can get help in multiple languages with your product or service if needed! So far everything has been great but there have not yet any problems i would want solved by them (if they do exist). They are always willing/able answer my queries quickly as well which makes me feel at ease about using their tools & software!! Their customer support team was very helpful when we had issues during our trial period of one month - even after it got over too :) Great toolkit from an Australian business who understand what Australians need / expect out-of box solution providers should be able provide! Easy access via mobile phone app also helps keep track easily without having hassle keeping paper files!!
