CAREFULLY! Stop working after 7 1/2 months.
This conference phone was purchased by our company on January 24, 2018. On September 12, 2018, the phone stopped working during a conference call. After calling my VOIP service, it was discovered that the problem was with the phone. The next day I call BecTech Global and they can't help me with a hard reset because nothing works on the phone. ATTENTION, there is only a 90-day guarantee. In 7 1/2 months we have to buy a new mobile phone. Find a company that has the best guarantee on their products.
