Review on 🔌 DORMAN 38507 Tailgate Cable - Reliable and Sleek Black Design by Phillip Hoover

Does not fit my F250 truck. The angle at the head of the cable is different from the stock cable and it immediately tore the grommet around the product when I closed the tailgate for the first time. The instructions are also vague. I chatted with Dorman and they were extremely unhelpful. They just said "who knows, your truck is 31 years old" and essentially said there was nothing they could do but send the information to their development team. No apologies, no attempt to guarantee or endorse the product. I would avoid it.
