VoiceFront - Great product for Customer Support

I love that it has all of my customer support info in one place! It makes life so much easier when you are trying to track down an order or contact someone about something. There's not too many things with this software but what there is works well enough. The interface can be difficult at times especially if your new to Voicemodification/Chatbotting (I'm sure they will add some more features soon). But overall we like how easy it was to set up our chatbots from start to finish. We're able to get answers quickly without having to wait around while talking through emails etc.

  • Great way for customers, employees & business owners alike to reach out easily via text message which gives them instant access instead being tied into just email correspondence
Cons
  • Sometimes very hard o understand because its written as questions
