When I received this product, it broke and the white chalk marker came out of the package. Some caps were removed and 2 of them were replaced (I don't know how that was possible). I put that down to the poor packaging the markers are kept in. I cannot fully support a product that may slow down before you can use it. The only reason I even gave it 2 stars is because yes, it got the job done. If you look at the picture I took, the Chalkola helped make the snow and the green trees. The rest was done by another brand of chalk markers. They are clearly visible on the glass panes. I'm not sure how it cleans up as I haven't had to do it yet. But if the company fixes the packaging I would change the rating as it would help the markers get to their destination safe and sound. Editing update: They clean up nicely on the glass board and the colors work well on other images. I have made. But still stick with 2 stars until the package delivery is done well. Bottom line: if you need a chalk machine and are willing to risk bad packaging, go for it and buy it.
