I haven't bought this product exactly, I bought a full size bean bag, but it's all the same, it actually is what it says it is, for the people complaining about it, saying it's flat, you have to fluff it up and break the foam apart, it's not hard it takes 5 to 10 minutes, and if it's still not to your liking, buy shreddes memory foam or polyurethane foam for 25 bucks and fill it yourself, it is a great product and for the price it is pretty neat as other bean bags without this functionality cost more and does not come with a feature to turn it into a mattress, most people who complain are complaining because they don't understand how it works, or for some logistics reason.
