Defective Unit - Just Missed Return Window
I've used the tester a few times but recently found that the negative battery terminal is broken (not hard on the side that connects to the cable). Ordered on May 8th and shipped on May 9th. I noticed the problem on the evening of June 14th. I just missed the return window for a few days. Now I have to contact Schumacher and send them a tester at my own expense. It's almost not worth the time and shipping cost, but I will do it. Serious quality control issue for a product that has failed on the battery clip after 30 days of infrequent use.
