Cheaply made and unreliable

Cheap, poorly designed, shipped from China and probably rebranded a hundred times. Only buy it as a last resort, it will break after a few uses. The handle is held in place by a very flimsy hollow hex screw that broke after first use (I redid it to use again), the shoes are warped by the thin screws that hold them in place which Hot glue gun is a cheap toy. The actual parts you glue to your car are very flimsy plastic. I broke 3 without pulling them so don't expect to pull real dents. They "give" you a small dent hammer, which is pretty much useless considering that. The shape of the puller itself is annoying. You can't lengthen a gripper enough to dent curved surfaces without tweaking it and damaging what you're using. I would suggest looking for another kit or just going to a shop where you can repair the dents cheaply. If you want a cheap dent remover spend more, in my experience it won't do you any good for a real project. I bought this because I lost my decent puller and I just needed to finish the project, waste of time and money. You could probably find a better one at a dollar store. Edit *Someone associated with this product has contacted me about a refund, but I still can't change my mind about the product itself. I'd still rather spend the extra $3 on a better product, or the extra $20 for a domestic purchase.

Pros
  • Tools and equipment
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
