I have "clenched teeth" that are close together and old fashioned floss regularly breaks and gets stuck on my teeth. My dental hygienist recommended this floss to me and I am very happy with it. It's like an elastic band that has a texture that helps clean your teeth when you floss. It will never get stuck or leave strings in your teeth. It's snapped on my crown a few times, but far less often than the old-fashioned thread. The dispenser also cuts really well and I'm glad I have a reusable dispenser to save on plastic going to landfill.
