This t-shirt is very well made, even better quality than I expected. I ordered the medium for my little aged Rescue Juno who weighs about 9 pounds. and her back measurement is 12-13 inches. Small ones would probably fit her too, but I like them when they cover her entire back and don't feel too tight around her neck, so I'm glad I went for the medium one. She feels very comfortable in this shirt. I'm trying to keep her dry so this shirt protects her from the sun and keeps her cool on our outings (and she looks adorable). This shirt from Kyeese Wear was a great purchase.
