Great customer service
Bought this as a second cable to keep 1 at home and 1 at work. After about 3 weeks it stopped charging my laptop. I contacted them through Revain and it was replaced at my door within 48 hours free of charge. Even if the original gave up the ghost after a short time, the excellent customer service and the fast replacement delivery mean a lot to me.
