I found on the Internet that it is being treated with firmware, which can be issued by support for off. site, I did just that, wrote to them, specifically about the firmware, the next day, they answered me that I needed to record several videos in their diagnostic application. I did it, sent it, I'm waiting for an answer for another day, in which they sent the cherished firmware, installed it, and the tablet started working well, though it's only a day. With the other two tablets, the story repeated itself, and I checked it on more than one PC (by the way, on everything I checked the tablets on, earlier, the software for tablets from other companies was not installed, I saw in the reviews somewhere that this is important). After that, I again contacted support, where I received a standard response in the style of "we will discuss, wait." What, and how long to wait, I did not understand, but I know exactly what words support uses when it comes to a dead end. In general, as I understand it, xp-pen tablets have a huge problem with drivers. Bottom line: in almost two weeks, I have had 3 XPPen Deco 01 V2 tablets, which suit me in everything, in everything, and the only thing that prevents me from starting to work normally with them is just crooked software . very disappointing. To purchase, for sure - I DO NOT recommend it, take pity on your nerves and money, it is more expensive to deal with such defects.
