Does what it promises

I bought these because of my sleeping problems. The glasses block blue light as advertised. My eyes are no longer irritated and blurry from all the light from the electronics. I also bought a regular pair to block ambient blue light after the sun went down. All of this will help you fall asleep more easily. No more flies in my eyes after spending time on the computer. I highly recommend.
