GREAT WORKING ANCHOR - NO! FYI, customer service issues: I got tired of constantly buying a phone charger cord, so I bought Anker Powerline II cords for my whole family and this time spent more getting the ones that came with a "lifetime warranty". In March I had to use the warranty to replace a 6ft cable and when I did that I had to provide a receipt number and that's it - I have all the cable boxes and they have records showing I always just replaced a 6 foot cable. I was told that a new cable was on the way and that I could dispose of the defective one. I now have a 10ft cable that is no longer working so I called to get a replacement - since I didn't need to keep the cable from the one I replaced in March I got the defective 10- Disposed of foot cable over the weekend and called and was told this morning they would not replace it without the serial number that was on the cable. They claim to be very customer service oriented - not very good customer service in my opinion - especially when they collect all my information and see that I am not cheating them in anything. Distrust is one thing, but when you can verify the purchase and make sure only 1 out of 6 cables has been replaced, it's like calling me a liar or a scammer.
