Review on Gigaset C530 IP Duo – Cordless VoIP Phone with Additional Handset and Intercom Function for Small Businesses or Home - Supports Landline and IP (Black, Pack of 2) by Erin Lee

Our company has replaced all our old Panasonic KX-TGP500 VOIP SIP phones with these very good Gigaset C530IP phones. We use Phone.com's VOIP service and these phones work great with that service and will likely work fine with any standard US VOIP service. The build quality of these German phones is excellent. The color display is very nice and the battery life is long, with the ability to talk all day on a single charge. Setup is easy with the browser software. HD voice quality is also very clear and the phone works well with our Panasonic KX-TCA430 headsets. The only issue we had was that the headphone plug couldn't stay connected to the phone and went back into the charging cradle. So we took advantage of good American engineering and used a Dremel sanding wheel to remove a small notch in the charging cradle to make room for the headset connector. I hope that the German engineers will pay attention to this small modification of the design. :-). Overall a great phone!
