The best thing about jigsaw is that it helps you visualize all aspects of deal life cycle in one place, which makes decision making process much easier for end users as well as sales people. I find it very easy to use this tool. It also has good UI/UX design. Nothing really! We are using this tool to automate our entire deal lifecycle management (DLM) from proposal stage through closeout. This tool allows us to create workflows or steps between different modules like Deal Management module, Invoice Approval module etc with ease.
