When my mast torch finally died, I told myself I was going to invest in one of those really nice $100 torches so it would last longer. I stumbled across this one, and decide to take a chance and save all the extra money.Decision well made! It heats fast and is very easy to use with a glass piece in one hand, you don't have to hold any triggers to keep the flame on, and a quick knob twist turns it off when you're done.I haven't used it in the kitchen at all, but as far as affordable, quality dab torches, I will happily buy another one of these if it breaks - for the price, I can afford to replace it if something happens, unlike the very-similar but so-expensive torch I had thought to get originally.Comes with a few stickers, but they're not applied, so you can use/not use them however you want.
