I really liked this bracelet at first - the look, fit and comfort were just great. The problem was that after the first replacement, one side failed to attach and broke after numerous (but cautious) attempts. I came back and was offered a replacement which I accepted hoping mine was just a lemon. Same problem as the first time, after the second use one side didn't stick to the watch. I have a dozen other bands and never came across this one. I find that thin metal ends are easily deformed and lose their "snapping" ability. I sent it back for a refund and a few days later received an email saying it had been received and that I would be credited for the purchase price minus the return postage. ? After aggravating two returns of a faulty product, it really added insult to injury.
