Review on Manfrotto 032SPL Autopole Spirit 📸 Level: Enhancing Stability and Precision for Photography by Dawn Bias

I bought two of these for a completely different purpose - to check the height of the mast of my ham radio antenna. For man-portable operations I use military grade aluminum poles originally designed to hold camouflage netting. 4 foot poles can be spliced together. They are excellent for mounting a radio antenna at a height of 30-40 feet or higher on multiple mast sections (with proper guy wires). At these heights it is important that the posts are as vertical as possible. These spirit levels mount directly to the aluminum pole and I can make sure the poles below are level for at least the first group of guys. Using the lower sections as a reference makes it much easier to see the rest of the mast.
