This super-sharp citrus peel is great for hard cheeses, chocolate, and any other food you need to chop when preparing in the kitchen! The blade is nice and long so you can get the job done quickly. I keep a large bar of Trader Joe's dark chocolate in the freezer for decoration. Grated chocolate on the finished baking looks so pretty. And try adding 1/4 cup grated chocolate to your chocolate chip cookie recipe, yum! With this peel you can quickly grate the zest of a lemon or lime. Cleans very well, I use a dish brush to clean the blade area. The handle is comfortable and there's even a hanging hole at the end if you don't want to keep it in a desk drawer.
