This is NOT for Tesla, it's for EV chargers. 220V chargers require contact on both 110V poles, current must NOT flow but contact must be present. Here 220-110V RV adapters will not work with EV chargers. RVs leave the second post 110 blank (blank). I made this mistake on my first purchase looking for something cheaper (half the price) but it didn't work. That's when I found out about it. For $50 I wish the fork was molded. It's not, it's bolted on. But it has a good grip, feels sturdy, and is long enough to be flexible to accommodate any plug configuration you might come across while still being compact enough to pack away. I am very happy to get this security on my first electric car ride.
