After years of using a conventional curling iron and nearly burning or tiring my hands I decided to try this with a gift card and I can't believe I've waited so long have! Super easy to use - beautiful curls and fast. A few notes: It takes a few tries to figure out how much hair to style and how to twist it, but the learning curve goes by quickly. My hair never got tangled - I even tried a large piece to see what would happen and it just beeped and wouldn't start. I did the whole head in 15-20 minutes. Only downside (and maybe just because I have thin hair and live in Florida) but without a styling spray and/or turning on the heater, the curls fall out pretty quickly. I love this thing!
